Payment should be confirmed instantly, and your order goes straight to preparation. If you have a question or a problem regarding the payment on our website, contact us.

Delivery
We send all orders with Correos — the Spanish national postal service. All shipments include a tracking number, and it’s sent to you after the order is processed and transferred for delivery.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on:

  • destination country;
  • package weight.

During checkout, enter your delivery address, and the system will automatically show you the cost.

FAQ

All presented products is made exclusively by hand and of natural high-quality materials. Each piece comes in an individual branded packaging.

Return conditions are detailed in our Terms and conditions.

  • wooden decor: wipe with a dry or damp cloth;
  • textile decor: use hand wash in cold or cool water, mild detergent without bleach;
  • paper decor: store in a dry place, avoid direct sunlight;
  • handmade jewelry: store items separately in a box or bags; remove before going to bed, playing sports and coming into contact with water; avoid contact with cosmetics, perfume and household chemicals.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use that tracking number to monitor the status and delivery progress of your order. Additionally, the tracking number will be available to you in your profile on our website, if you’re a registered user, in the “Pedidos” section.

You can find items you’ve added into your wishlist in your profile section of our website, in “Wishlist” section. Please, note that only registered users are able to use the wishlist feature of our website.
