Clause 1. Introduction

We inform you that Love Slow Life, represented by a self-employed Alexander Abramov, is responsible for centralizing the marketing of the products on this website. Thus, these Conditions apply to the relationship between Love Slow Life, represented by a self-employed Alexander Abramov (hereinafter, “Seller” or “we”), and you (hereinafter, the “Customer” or “you”), with regard to all transactions you carry out on the website www.loveslowlife.com (hereinafter, the “Online Shop” or “this website”). Alexander Abramov is a Spanish self-employed.

Clause 2. Data and customer engagement

The information or personal data provided by the Customer will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy and Cookie Policy. By using this website, the Customer consents to the processing of their data and declares that the data is true and accurate. Therefore, the Customer undertakes to:

1. Use this website only to make legally valid inquiries or orders.
2. Do not place any false or fraudulent orders. If there is any evidence of falsification or fraud, we are authorized to cancel the order and inform the relevant authorities. We also assume no liability for any damages and/or expenses that may arise.
3. Provide us with their email address, postal address, and/or other contact information in a truthful and accurate manner. Furthermore, the Customer agrees that we may use this information to contact the Customer if necessary. If the Customer does not provide all the necessary information, the order cannot be processed.
4. Not to misuse this website by intentionally introducing viruses, Trojans, logic bombs, or any other technologically harmful or damaging program or material. The Customer shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to this website, the server on which it is hosted, or any server, computer, or database related to the website. Failure to comply with this clause may result in the commission of offenses classified under applicable regulations.

By placing an order through this website, the Customer declares that they are over 18 (eighteen) years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.

Clause 3. Availability of the service and products

The products presented on the Site are available for shipment to the regions and countries specified in the table in paragraph 4 of this Agreement. If the Customer does not find their country in this list, they can contact us to clarify the possibility of shipment.

Clause 4. Orders

How are orders placed?

To place an order, the Customer selects the products and quantities they wish to purchase and add them to the basket. To complete their order, the Customer goes through the online purchasing procedure. Before placing the order, the Customer must carefully review their basket, including payment, delivery and billing address information. The Customer will then receive an email acknowledging receipt of their order within 24 hours.
If the Customer has made a mistake related to a current order, the Customer must contact Customer Service.
The Seller assumes no responsibility if an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information.

Shipping Regions

We always provide a Customer with a tracking number to track the delivery. After the products have been handed over to the delivery service, the Seller bears no liability for delays caused by the delivery service itself, as well as for delays and Customer’s additional costs associated with customs.

Clause 5. Cancellation, return and/or withdrawal policy

Can we cancel an order?

We reserve the right to cancel any order (even if it has been previously accepted), and we are not liable for any damages and/or expenses in the following cases:

1. When an unintentional error has occurred in the online shop, for example, a payment or stock error;
2. When there are reasons to believe that the Customer is a minor or that the credit card used to make the purchase does not meet the requirements described in these Conditions;
3. When the payment information provided by the Customer is incorrect or unverifiable;
4. When the shipping address provided by the Customer is outside the shipping territory, or the order cannot be delivered to the address provided by the Customer.

If any of these conditions are identified, we will notify you via email so that we can resolve the issue before taking any action.
The customer has the right to return the order within 14 calendar days after receiving it. Because all of our products are handmade and one-of-a-kind, the exchange is not possible.
For health and hygiene reasons, returns will not be accepted for products that have been opened and unsealed (if it’s a sealed product), and/or damaged and also have traces of use and/or wear.
Customers will receive a refund for returned products once we receive the products and verify their condition. Customers will not receive a refund for shipping charges.
To process a return, write to the email contact@loveslowlife.com with your order ID and email address on which the purchase was made. You then will be contacted by our staff to verify your request. If the return request is accepted, the Customer must pay for the return shipping, and the return shipping price is not refundable.

Clause 6. Prices and taxes

The prices of the products appearing on this website are those applicable at the time of purchase. Prices may be subject to change without prior notice, but will not affect orders that have already been accepted. All product prices, shipping costs, and other services include VAT.
The prices of the products on the website include VAT but exclude shipping costs which will be added to the total amount as indicated in clause 4 of these Conditions.
Shipping costs are added per order. We will always inform you of the total price, including all taxes and other costs such as fees and possible delivery charges. The Customer expressly authorizes us to issue the invoice electronically, although they may indicate at any time their desire to receive a paper invoice, in which case we will issue and send the invoice in that format.

Clause 7. Payment methods

The accepted payment methods are detailed below:

If the Customer attempts to pay by any other means, we are not responsible for the loss of payment or any other damage caused by the Customer’s actions. Payment is accepted only in Euros. We are committed to protecting our Customers’ personal information, and we encrypt credit card data. Furthermore, during the purchasing process, the Customer’s credit card identification number (CVV) is required. The CVV is a 3- or 4-digit numerical value that provides encrypted control of the information recorded on the card. This security feature is designed to protect the Customer against fraud. Your CVV will not be stored in our systems, and the Customer must provide it each time they make a purchase at www.loveslowlife.com
Once the purchase request and the Customer’s information have been verified, the price will be charged to the Customer’s account. When the Customer places an order, they confirm that the credit card is theirs or belongs to the legitimate holder. Credit cards are subject to verification and authorization by the issuing entity, but if the issuing entity does not authorize payment, we are not responsible for any delay or non-delivery and we will not be able to enter into any contract with the Customer.

Clause 9. Liability and Exemption from Liability

Unless expressly provided otherwise in these Terms and Conditions, our liability in connection with any product purchased through the Website shall be strictly limited to the purchase price of that product. All descriptions, product photographs, information, and materials appearing on this Website are provided “as is” and without express or implied warranties, except as required by law.
Some products may appear slightly larger or smaller than their actual size due to screen settings and photo techniques. Other items may be shown larger than their actual size to clearly show details, or smaller than their actual size to fully display the item. Likewise, color tones in product photos in the online shop may be affected by your monitor’s resolution and may differ from the actual product.
All products are handmade in a single copy. In the production of goods presented on our online shop, natural materials are used, including natural wood, which may have minor features, like, for example, wood patterns which is natural for this material. The minor features of the products, including wood patterns, are not considered defects.
We will not be liable for any damage or loss resulting from a denial-of-service attack (DoS), viruses or any other technologically harmful or damaging programs or material that may affect the Customer’s computer, computer equipment, data or materials as a result of using this website or downloading any content from it or, where applicable, to which it redirects.

Clause 10. Force majeure

We will not be liable for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under this Agreement that results from events beyond our reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”). Force Majeure Events include any act, event, failure to perform, omission, or accident beyond our reasonable control and include, but are not limited to, the following: Strikes, lockouts, or other industrial action; Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist threat or attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war; Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic, pandemic, or other natural disaster; Inability to use trains, ships, aircrafts, motor transport, or other means of transportation, public or private; Inability to use public or private telecommunications systems; Acts, decrees, legislation, regulations, or restrictions of any government or public authority.
Obligations will be deemed suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure Event, and we will have an extension of the deadline for fulfilling such obligations for a period equal to the duration of the Force Majeure Event.

Clause 11. Industrial and intellectual property

The Customer acknowledges and agrees that all copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual and industrial property rights over all content on the website belong to us – Love Slow Life, represented by Alexander Abramov – or to those who have licensed us for its use.
The Customer may not use such material in any manner other than that expressly authorized by us.

Clause 12. Written communications

Applicable regulations require that some of the information or communications we send you be in the writing form. By using this website, the Customer agrees that most of these communications will be in the electronic form. Therefore, we will contact the Customer by email or by posting notices on the website. For contractual purposes, the Customer agrees to the use of this electronic means of communication and acknowledges compliance with the legal requirement that it will be in the written form.

Clause 13. Assignment of rights and obligations

This Agreement is binding on both the Customer and us, as well as on their respective successors, assignees, and legal representatives. The Customer may not transfer, assign, encumber, or otherwise transfer this Agreement or any of the rights or obligations arising from it without our prior written consent.
We may assign, transfer, charge, subcontract, or otherwise transfer a contract, or any of the rights or obligations arising from it, at any time during its term, without affecting the Customer’s rights in any way. Our failure to require strict performance of any of the Customer’s obligations under a contract or these Terms, or our failure to exercise any of the rights or remedies to which it may be entitled under such contract or these Terms, shall not constitute a waiver or limitation of such rights or remedies, nor shall it relieve the Customer from compliance with such obligations.

Clause 14. Complete agreement and partial nullity. Waiver

These Terms and Conditions, and any document expressly referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between the Customer and Love Slow Life, represented by Alexander Abramov, in relation to the subject matter. They also supersede any prior agreement, understanding, or promise made between the Customer and Love Slow Life, represented by Alexander Abramov, whether verbal or written.
The Customer and Love Slow Life, represented by Alexander Abramov, acknowledge that they have agreed to enter into a contract without relying on any statement or promise made by the other party or that may be inferred from any statement or writing in the negotiations entered into by the two parties prior to the contract, except as expressly set out in these Conditions. Neither the Customer nor Love Slow Life, represented by Alexander Abramov, has any remedy against any untrue statement made by the other party, whether verbal or written, prior to the date of a contract (unless such untrue statement was made fraudulently) and the only remedy available to the other party will be for breach of contract, in accordance with the provisions of these Conditions.
If any of these Terms and Conditions or any provision of a contract is declared null and void by a final decision issued by a competent authority, the remaining terms and conditions shall remain in force, without being affected by said declaration of nullity.

We reserve the right to review and modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be subject to the policies and Terms and Conditions in effect at the time they use this website or place an order.

The primary language of this website is Spanish. English is an additional language of this website. Some features of the website are displayed only in Spanish.
