We inform you that Love Slow Life, represented by a self-employed Daria Abramova with NIF Y5729277Z, is responsible for centralizing the marketing of the products on this website. Thus, these Conditions apply to the relationship between Love Slow Life, represented by a self-employed Daria Abramova (hereinafter, “Seller” or “we”), and you (hereinafter, the “Customer” or “you”), with regard to all transactions you carry out on the website www.loveslowlife.com (hereinafter, the “Online Shop” or “this website”). Daria Abramova is a Spanish self-employed with NIF Y5729277Z.

2. Data and customer engagement

The information or personal data provided by the Customer will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy and Cookie Policy. By using this website, the Customer consents to the processing of their data and declares that the data is true and accurate. Therefore, the Customer undertakes to:

3. Availability of the service and products

The products presented on the Site are available for shipment to the regions and countries specified in the table in paragraph 4 of this Agreement. If the Customer does not find their country in this list, they can contact us to clarify the possibility of shipment.

4. Orders

How are orders placed?

To place an order, the Customer selects the products and quantities they wish to purchase and adds them to the shopping cart. To complete the order, the Customer follows the online checkout process. Before placing the order, the Customer must review their cart, including payment, delivery, and billing address information. They will receive an email acknowledging receipt of the order within 24 hours.
If the error concerns an order currently in progress, the Customer must contact Customer Service.
The Seller assumes no liability if an order cannot be delivered due to the provided information being incorrect or incomplete.

Shipping Regions

We always provide the customer with a tracking number so they can track the delivery. Once the products have been handed over to the shipping and delivery service, the Seller assumes no responsibility for delays caused by the shipping and delivery service, nor for delays or additional costs associated with customs.

5. Cancellation, return and/or withdrawal policy

Can we cancel an order?

We reserve the right to cancel any order (even if it has been previously accepted), and we are not liable for any damages and/or expenses in the following cases:

1. When an unintentional error has occurred in the online shop, for example, a payment or stock error;
2. When there are reasons to believe that the Customer is a minor or that the credit card used to make the purchase does not meet the requirements described in these Conditions;

The customer has the right to return the order within a period of 14 calendar days from its delivery. Since all our products are handmade and unique, changes are not allowed. If the returned item shows signs of use, scratches or damage to the packaging, we reserve the right to deduct the amount of damage from the refund.
Customers will receive a refund for returned products once we receive them and verify their condition. We do not refund shipping costs.
To process a return, write to the email contact@loveslowlife.com with the order ID and the email address used for the purchase. Our team will contact you to verify your request. If the return request is accepted, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Prices and taxes

The prices of the products displayed on this Website are those applicable at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but such changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
All products on this Website are listed exclusive of VAT and shipping costs; these will be added to the total amount as specified in Clause 4 of these Terms.
VAT and shipping costs are applied per order. We will always inform you of the total price, including all taxes and other costs, such as shipping fees. The Customer expressly authorizes us to issue invoices electronically; however, the Customer may at any time request a paper invoice, in which case we will issue and send it in that format.

If the Customer attempts to pay by any other means, we are not responsible for the loss of payment or any other damage caused by the Customer’s actions. Payment is accepted only in Euros. Furthermore, during the purchasing process, the Customer’s credit card identification number (CVV) is required. The CVV is a 3- or 4-digit numerical value that provides encrypted control of the information recorded on the card. This security feature is designed to protect the Customer against fraud. Once the purchase request and the Customer’s information have been verified, the price will be charged to the Customer’s account. All descriptions, product photographs, information, and materials appearing on this Website are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by law.
Some products may appear slightly larger or smaller than their actual size due to screen settings and photographic techniques. Other items may be depicted larger than their actual size to clearly show details, or smaller than their actual size to show the entire item. Likewise, color shades in the Online Shop’s product photographs may be altered by your monitor’s resolution and may differ from the actual colors.
All products are handmade as unique, one-of-a-kind pieces. Natural materials—including natural wood—are used in the production of the items featured in our Online Shop; these materials may exhibit unique characteristics, such as specific wood grain patterns. Minor product characteristics, including wood grain patterns, are not considered defects. 10. Force majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform, or delay in the performance of, any of our obligations if such failure or delay is caused by events beyond our reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”). 14. Complete agreement and partial nullity. Waiver

These Terms and Conditions, and any document expressly referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between the Customer and Love Slow Life, represented by Daria Abramova, in relation to the subject matter. They also supersede any prior agreement, understanding, or promise made between the Customer and Love Slow Life, represented by Daria Abramova, whether verbal or written.
The Customer and Love Slow Life, represented by Daria Abramova, acknowledge that they have agreed to enter into a contract without relying on any statement or promise made by the other party or that may be inferred from any statement or writing in the negotiations entered into by the two parties prior to the contract, except as expressly set out in these Conditions. Neither the Customer nor Love Slow Life, represented by Daria Abramova, has any remedy against any untrue statement made by the other party, whether verbal or written, prior to the date of a contract (unless such untrue statement was made fraudulently) and the only remedy available to the other party will be for breach of contract, in accordance with the provisions of these Conditions.
If any of these Terms and Conditions or any provision of a contract is declared null and void by a final decision issued by a competent authority, the remaining terms and conditions shall remain in force, without being affected by said declaration of nullity.
